He obtained graduation from NIT (REC) Durgapur in 1986 by mechanical stream.
After then he joined Roto Pumps as production engineer (1987-90), after that he started his business career in pump industries. He engaged whole sellers and distributers in different commercial zone.
In 2002 he obtain investment certificate from indian industries association to establish pump industries.
